Shipping charges are free and this doesn't mean it should take a long time. DW MarketPlace understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
When you order from our website, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 24-48 hours and gets delivered within 3 to 6 business days at max. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund, excluding the cost incurred as shipping charges of all types which includes shipping and return of the product. This policy applies, if you have received a damaged, in-complete, wrong product or the product received does not match the specifications of your ordered item. You must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please note that "DW MarketPlace's 07 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Electronic Products, Mobile Phones, Perfumes & Fragrances, Inner wear, Lingerie, Beauty products and Jewellery.

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the order is submitted, you can get in touch with Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a DW MarketPlace voucher of the same value.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same before rejecting the delivery. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
